Woda Construction Inc. signed a purchase agreement 2 years ago for an 18.73 acre parcel off of Jensen Street that the City of Gaylord owns. They were going to build 100+ homes there that would be for sale.

In 2024, a developer interested in building approximately 150 homes (a mix of homes for sale and rental apartments) on the 56.13 acres that was the Green Tees Golf course off of North Townline, was not able to obtain a building permit.
